Performance Tuning

  1. We will check the the basic structure and working of ERP and will provide a report based on what we observed.
  2. In case of any heavy form with too many fields has been added, we will advise to reduce the same as well as will try to optimize the workflow which may require you and / or team to change and / or update your daily workflow.
  3. Performance Tuning only includes checking of the ERP Software, we will not make any changes without any confirmation over email. Please note that a Technical Assistance or Feature Request might be required in certain areas which will be applicable at your regular costs.
  4. Based on your no of users, we will provide you a general overview of the infrastructure under which your ERP is currently running. (The detailed analysis of this can be covered under “Server Health Checkup” option if opted.)
  5. We must be given access to the ERP / Database / Server via Anydesk or UltraViewer within 24 Hours as soon as we reach out to you. Failing in doing so we put your request in queue until next availability of time.

Database Maintenance

  1. Database Maintenance option should only be opted if you’re using MS SQL Web or Standard Edition. If we found you’ve opted for Database Maintenance and your using MS SQL Express Edition, the Database Maintenance Task will not be covered under the analysis program.
  2. Database Maintenance covers multiple sub-options which we will advice on how to properly implement but, if there’s any query or store procedure required to be created which might be required to set the pedicure task, it will be a separate Feature Request.
  3. If there’s any service and or a task not working in your system, you’ll have to contact Microsoft or your vender as we’re only using SQL Server as Database Engine for your software.
  4. We will only check and / or work on ERP Database which will be provided to us which is running on your SQL Server. Apart from this any issues or fixes if required which is of SQL Server side, we’ll advise you on the same and rest you’ll have to contact Microsoft or your vender.
  5. We highly recommend to take a backup of your Database as it might be required in case of any issue if occurred during any checks or minor changes we do if needed. As it’s your live database, we at Safal Infosoft Pvt. Ltd (or Safal Infosoft Private Limited) dose not take any responsibility if anything goes wrong.

Server Health Checkup

  1. We will check your operating system, CPU Cores (Depends upon No of Licenses as currently registered in our database for your company.), RAM or Memory and Storage Type.
  2. We recommend using a physical machine. Any VM or Hyper-V Enabled Server is not recommended for running our ERP Software.
  3. We only advise to use DataNote ERP on the server. Any other applications which is not ment for usage of DataNote ERP may slow down your system and we will ask you to remove it but, the decision is yours and we can’t help further in that case.
  4. Software(s) used for DataNote ERP are Full IIS Web Server, MS SQL Express / Standard Edition (excluding 2 SQL Services), Crystal Reports Runtime Viwer, Winrar (Trial Version is enough to extract .rar or .zip files and to create .rar or .zip files.), IDAutomation_CrystalUFL (with QR and Barcode Fornts), SQL Backup Master (Free Version and Third-Party SQL Database Auto Backup software.) and PHP versions 7x or 8x if DMS or POS is installed.
  5. Apart from above software URLRewrite, Free Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificates might also be installed if using another product (F*****y)
  6. If you’re server has any VPN and / or any another Firewall and / or any security software, our base URL’s required as a part of working for ERP and other API’s must be whitelisted and should be accessable from the server’s local browser.
  7. While working on your server, if due to any reason the server gets hanged or requires a reboot then it is not our fault as we’re investigating everything based on what you’ve requested. This is a sign of bad hardware or your server is unable to handle the load.
  8. We always recommend to install license software’s including Operating Systems, MSSQL and or any other software’s.
  9. We’ll not provide any support for any pirated software, if anything goes wrong you and / or your IT Person / Vender is responsible for the same as it was your decision to use pirated software’s.
  10. Always keep your operating system up to date by installing Windows Updates as it improves system stability and security (as said by Microsoft).
  11. We will also check the ping request from our side but if there’s any delay or downtime or drop in the ping requests, you’ll have to ask your network administrator / IT Person / Cloud Vender or related person, as we can’t help on the same.
  12. If in any case we require access from outside to cross-check anything you’ll have to provide us temprary access for at least 24-48 Hours.
  13. We will require access of the Administrator Account as it has all the required user as well as admin level privilliages which makes it easy for us to check all permission and other parameters.

FAQ & Suggestions and Other Common Terms

  1. For any FAQ & Suggestions, we are always here to help you.
  2. We will only advice you on what and how to work with our software but it will be your decision that how you’re implementing the same.
  3. We only provide suggestions at certain level, further you’ll have to discuss it with your implementation partner or consultant.
  4. Your feedback against our consultant will be always be acknowledged by us and further we will try our best to resolve the issues but is not garmented as the terms of each implementation partner or consultant is different and we at SAFAL Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. are not entitled to interfere with the same.
  5. For any issue to resolve under submitted application of FREE DataNote ERP Health Checkup, we might and / or may require you to generate a Technical Assistance or Feature Request which is all chargeable.
  6. If in case your credit limit is crossed and you’re not able to open the tickets, it is possible you have some pending payments which you’ll have to clear only then you can raise the ticket. We’ll not provide any additional credits and / or increased credits for the tickets to be opned for the FREE DataNote ERP Health Checkup Program.
  7. We will require all your connections working when we call you to ask for database login and other required logins. If you can not provide it within 24 Hours of our call, your request will be kept on hold until next availability of our agents.
  8. We’ll accept only a single and / or 1 (one) request and / or application per company. Submitting multiple applications will fall under your application as rejected from our end.
  9. When we call you, the person should be able to explain and show us whatever is mentioned in the application as we will only talk with a single person.
  10. This program is only applicable for those whose implementation is completed and are running the software with live entries for at least 4-6 months.
  11. There must be enough data (20-30 Records) for us to check as mentioned in the form.
  12. Any information we ask must be provided to us within 24 Hours.
